Several hundred British war Veterans once again visited the Nijmegen area for the 60th Anniversary of operation Market-Garden.  With walking sticks and wheelchairs they captured Nijmegen. Together with thousands of Nijmegen inhabitants they attended the commemoration at the Traianusplein and for the first time since years a parade of Veterans and a defile with military vehicles took place. The jubilee Anniversary of Operation Market-Garden at Nijmegen turned out a major event. Below please find a photo-reportage.
